Mississippi only requires that you possess National Registry, have a 'Jurisdictional Medical Control Agreement' signed by your med control MD, a passport size photo, valid HCP-CPR, and $20.

California has the National Registry for it's certification. This exam is a hard exam, to give you an example how hard it is, most EMT's who have been in the field for a few years or more that I have talked to said that they wouldn't be able to pass this exam the first time. You have to score at least 70% to pass this 150 question test and most people don't answer all 150 question. I just passed this test a few days ago answering only 80 questions. My advise if your going to take this exam is to study study study.
